Note for Scholarship Data Reporting: Neither the “Scholarship Student Selector” nor the “FA Funds Summary” report in Reporting Center include all relevant data for official financial aid or scholarship reporting purposes. STAR (Scholarship Tracking and Reporting)
This session provides training for the STAR (Scholarship Tracking and Reporting) tool housed within the University of Minnesota Foundation's Donor Management System (DMS). The class is geared toward accounting staff who manage scholarship funds at the University and scholarship administrators who award scholarships to students.
Promotional Scholarship Administrator Training
In order to gain access to the Promotional Scholarship pages in PeopleSoft, fill out an Access Request Form (ARF) and submit it to OIT Data Security.
Student Data Inquiry and Update Training Now Available Online!
Student Data Inquiry (SDI) and Student Data Update (SDU) training are now BOTH available online. Sign into ULearn and search for "Student Data Inquiry" or Student Data Update" to access the training courses.
